Human Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor Nuclear Translocator ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human HIF-1 beta (Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor Nuclear Translocator) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) read at 450 nm on a colourmetric microplate reader, with TMB substrate producing a yellow product whose absorbance is proportional to HIF-1 beta concentration in each well.

Stated performance figures are a sensitivity of 0.067 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total incubation time of 4h 30m. Spike-and-recovery averages across matrices (n=5) are reported as 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma, and 84% for heparin plasma.
