Human Arginase ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Human Arginase ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of human Liver Arginase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with a Liver Arginase-specific capture antibody, a biotinylated anti-Liver Arginase detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with signal generated by TMB substrate and read as absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard curve range is 3.12–200 ng/ml and the sensitivity is 1.35 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery averages are 95% for serum (range 90–101%, n=5), 95% for EDTA plasma (range 91–99%, n=5) and 94% for heparin plasma (range 90–99%, n=5). Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol and the product should not be used past its expiration date.

The kit ships with a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Dilution linearity data are also provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions.
