Human Apoptosis Signal Regulating Kinase 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative in vitro measurement of human Apoptosis Signal Regulating Kinase 1 (ASK1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 × 8 well strips and uses a biotinylated anti-ASK1 detection antibody with HRP-avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Reported sensitivity is <0.107 ng/ml over an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. In spike-and-recovery testing (n=5), mean recovery was 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (81–100%), and 84% in heparin plasma (80–89%). Dilution linearity from 1:2 through 1:16 fell within 74–108% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
