Human Apolipoprotein L2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Apolipoprotein L2 (APOL2) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) together with a biotinylated anti-APOL2 detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a colour change read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.067 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Average recovery is 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma. Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
