Human Antigen Peptide Transporter 1 ELISA Kit

Stated performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.134 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. The procedure uses a TAP1-specific capture antibody immobilised on the plate, followed by a biotinylated anti-TAP1 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue product that turns yellow after addition of acidic stop solution; the intensity of the yellow colour is proportional to TAP1 concentration.
