Human Annexin A4 ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Annexin A4 (ANXA4) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips and employs a biotinylated anti-Annexin A4 detection antibody with HRP-Avidin and TMB substrate; the colour change is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative performance is supported by an assay range of 18.7-1200 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 6.9 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and must not be used past the expiration date. Spike-and-recovery values for serum (n=5, range 80%-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81%-100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (n=5, range 80%-89%, average 84%) are reported, alongside dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across the same sample types.
