Human Annexin A3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Annexin A3/ANXA3 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The 96-well microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific for Annexin A3/ANXA3, and detection is achieved using a biotinylated anti-Annexin A3/ANXA3 antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, and total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

According to the manufacturer, sensitivity is <0.053 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery testing in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 each) yielded average recoveries of 91%, 90% and 84% respectively. Linearity was assessed at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across the same sample matrices. Kit components are intended for storage at +4 °C or −20 °C as indicated, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
