Human Annexin A2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the quantitative in vitro determination of human Annexin-2/ANXA2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate: standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a biotinylated anti-Annexin-2/ANXA2 antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. A TMB substrate is used for colour development, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Key performance figures include a sensitivity of 0.238 ng/ml, a working range of 0.625–40 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recovery values are 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma across sample sets of five each.

The assay is intended for use with a colourimetric microplate reader, and kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
