Human Annexin A11 ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com provides this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Annexin-11 (ANXA11) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The kit is configured for use with human samples and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay uses a 96-well microtiter plate pre-coated with an antibody specific for Annexin-11/ANXA11. Standards and test samples are added to the wells, where the target analyte is captured by the immobilized antibody. After washing, a Biotinylated Anti-Annexin-11/ANXA11 Antibody is added, followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is then used to visualize the enzymatic reaction; the resulting yellow product density, read at 450 nm, is proportional to the amount of Annexin-11/ANXA11 captured. Total assay time is 4h 30m.

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 0.061 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml. Recovery has been demonstrated in serum (average 91%), EDTA plasma (average 94%) and heparin plasma (average 95%) across n=5 samples per matrix. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and should not be used past the expiration date.
