Human Annexin A10 ELISA Kit

The assay employs a sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique with a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and uses a colourmetric detection format read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Sensitivity is reported as <5.9 pg/ml, with an assay range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml and an assay time of 4h 30m. The kit is suitable for serum, plasma and tissue homogenate samples, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Recovery averages were 91% for serum (range 83-100%), 94% for EDTA plasma (range 90-98%), and 95% for heparin plasma (range 89-102%) across five replicates each. Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions was demonstrated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma sample types.

The workflow involves adding standards and samples to pre-coated wells, incubation with biotinylated anti-Annexin A10/ANXA10 antibody, addition of HRP-avidin conjugate, and visualisation with TMB substrate that produces a yellow product after addition of acidic stop solution.
