Human Annexin A1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Annexin A1/ANXA1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The format uses a pre-coated microplate and employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with a biotinylated anti-Annexin A1/ANXA1 antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate for detection. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with the analyte concentration calculated against a standard curve.

Sensitivity is reported as <0.139 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. In spike-and-recovery testing, mean recovery was 91% in serum (range 80%–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80%–89%). Dilution linearity was demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 sample dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.
