Human Ankyrin Repeat Domain Protein 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Ankyrin Repeat Domain Protein 1 (ANKRD1) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-ANKRD1 detection antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, with signal generated by TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Reagents are stored at +4°C or -20°C depending on the component.

Reported performance characteristics include an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.127 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. In spiked recovery testing (n=5 per matrix), average recoveries were 91% in serum (range 80%–102%), 91% in EDTA plasma (81%–101%) and 84% in heparin plasma (80%–89%). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 (n=5 per condition) was reported as 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97% for serum; 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108% for EDTA plasma; and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91% for heparin plasma.
