Human Anion/Sugar Transporter ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human SLC17A5, also referred to as the Anion/Sugar Transporter, in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a specific capture antibody, a biotinylated detection antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative performance is supported by a sensitivity of 0.112 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, with the full protocol completed in 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery has been validated in serum (range 80% to 102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (range 81% to 100%, average 90%), and heparin plasma (range 80% to 89%, average 84%) per the manufacturer's data.
