Human Anillin ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Anillin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 31.2-2000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of <14.1 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.

Recovery performance evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5 each) gave average recoveries of 91%, 90%, and 84% respectively. Dilution linearity from 1:2 through 1:16 yielded overall recovery ranges of 74-107% in serum, 79-108% in EDTA plasma, and 82-105% in heparin plasma. The assay employs an Anillin-specific pre-coated antibody, a biotinylated anti-Anillin detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance proportional to Anillin concentration.
