Human Angiotensinogen ELISA Kit

Sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Angiotensinogen (AGT, Serpin A8, SERPINA8) in serum, plasma, urine, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a biotinylated anti-Angiotensinogen detection antibody with HRP-avidin and TMB substrate; the colour reaction is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Standard curve range is 1.56–100 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.63 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recovery is 91% (range 80–102%, n=5) in serum, 90% (range 81–100%, n=5) in EDTA plasma and 84% (range 80–89%, n=5) in heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed and the product should not be used past its expiration date.
