Human Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme 2 (ACE2) in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 × 8-well strips, with a biotinylated anti-ACE2 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Following incubation with TMB substrate, the enzymatic reaction is visualised and absorbance is read at 450 nm.

The quantitative range is 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <7.7 pg/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, with consistent results demonstrated across serial dilutions of each sample type.
