Human Angiopoietin Like Protein 6 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Angiopoietin Like Protein 6 (ANGPTL6) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate, a biotinylated anti-ANGPTL6 detection antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard curve covers a product range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of <10.7 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed; the kit should not be used past its expiration date.

Spike-and-recovery performance averages 91% in serum (range 80-102%, n=5), 91% in EDTA plasma (range 81-101%, n=5), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80-89%, n=5). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 is reported as 87-91%, 87-107%, 74-101% and 92-97% for serum (n=5); 90-105%, 84-101%, 90-101% and 79-108% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 84-95%, 92-105%, 82-105% and 89-91% for heparin plasma (n=5).
