Human Angiopoietin Like Protein 3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Angiopoietin Like Protein 3 (ANGPTL3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm in a standard microplate reader.

The quantitative working range is 0.187–12 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.08 ng/ml, and the full protocol takes 4 hours 30 minutes. A biotinylated anti-ANGPTL3 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate are used in the sandwich format, with TMB substrate producing a yellow product whose intensity is proportional to ANGPTL3 concentration. Kit contents include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed in the manual.
