Human Angiopoietin Like Protein 1 ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com provides this sandwich ELISA kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Angiopoietin Like Protein 1 (ARP1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The format uses a pre-coated microplate with an immobilised capture antibody specific for ARP1, followed by a biotinylated anti-ARP1 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate visualised with TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and the yellow colour intensity is proportional to ARP1 concentration.

Quoted analytical performance includes a product measuring range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.055 ng/ml. Reported average spike-and-recovery values were 91% in serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 91% in EDTA plasma (range 81–101%, n=5), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Components should be stored according to the component-specific temperatures (+4°C or –20°C) and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
