Human Angiopoietin 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Angiopoietin 2 (ANG2) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. Sensitivity is <0.07 ng/ml with a standard curve range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the assay is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm.

The kit uses a pre-coated microplate platform with a biotinylated anti-Angiopoietin 2 detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate; total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported sample recovery averaged 91% in serum (range 80%–102%, n=5), 91% in EDTA plasma (81%–101%, n=5), and 84% in heparin plasma (80%–89%, n=5), with dilution linearity assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in each matrix.
