Human Angiogenin ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the quantitative in vitro measurement of human Angiogenin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate, with detection via an HRP–TMB chromogenic reaction read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The calibration range is 31.2–2000 pg/ml and the sensitivity is reported as 14.4 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min.

Spike-and-recovery performance has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Average recoveries across neat samples and dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 generally fall within the 80–104% range. Known synonyms for Angiogenin include ANG, Ribonuclease 5, RNase 5 and RNASE5.
