Human Amyloid Beta Precursor Like Protein 2 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate format, with a biotinylated anti-APLP2 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate visualised using TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.
