Human Amphiregulin ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Amphiregulin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a 96-well microtiter plate pre-coated with an antibody specific for Amphiregulin, and uses a biotinylated anti-Amphiregulin detection antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate to produce a colourimetric signal read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The standard curve covers a measuring range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of <5.5 pg/ml, and the full assay is completed in 4 hours 30 minutes.

Validated recovery in spiked samples averages 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Linearity has been demonstrated for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. The pre-coated plate is supplied as 12 x 8 well strips, alongside a lyophilized standard, detection solutions, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, which are stored according to the supplied instructions at +4°C or -20°C.
