Human Amnionless ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Amnionless (AMN) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids, with reactivity specific to human samples. The kit uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for AMN, with detection achieved through a biotinylated anti-AMN antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is less than 0.107 ng/ml, the standard curve spans 0.312–20 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Sample recovery has been validated in serum (average 91%, range 80%–102%), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81%–100%), and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80%–89%).
