Human Alpha-2-Microglobulin Like Protein 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Alpha 2 Microglobulin Like Protein 1 (A2ML1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate with biotinylated anti-A2ML1 detection antibody, followed by HRP-Avidin and TMB substrate. The chromogenic signal is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of <0.067 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

Sample recovery was characterised across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5 per matrix), with average recoveries of 91% in serum (range 80%-102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81%-100%), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80%-89%). Dilution linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 in the same three matrices.
