Human ALOXE3 ELISA Kit

The kit uses a pre-coated microplate platform with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm. It has a reported standard range of 0.313–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of less than 0.188 ng/mL. Validation data show average recoveries of 96% in serum, 95% in EDTA plasma, and 95% in heparin plasma, with consistent performance across serial sample dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8.
