Human Alkaline Phosphatase, Intestinal ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase detection antibody, and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a colour change measured at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit has a product range of 1.56-100 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.56 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported undiluted recovery values are 80% - 102% for serum (n=5, average 91%), 81% - 100% for EDTA plasma (n=5, average 90%), and 80% - 89% for heparin plasma (n=5, average 84%). Diluted-sample performance across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions is also reported for the same matrices.
