Human AF4/FMR2 Family, Member 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of human AF4 (AF4/FMR2 Family, Member 1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit has an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.051 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Detection is colorimetric, using a TMB substrate with an HRP-Avidin conjugate and a Biotinylated Anti-AF4 detection antibody.

Spike-and-recovery performance has been validated in serum (average 91%, range 80–102%), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81–100%), and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80–89%), each with n=5. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and not used past the expiration date.
