Human Adropin ELISA Kit

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Adropin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a competitive enzyme immunoassay format on a pre-coated microplate, in which Adropin in samples or standards competes with plate-immobilised antigen for binding by a Biotinylated Anti-Adropin Antibody. Detection is via an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colourimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance includes a product range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.065 ng/ml. Recovery has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with mean recoveries and dilution linearity reported across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 sample dilutions. Total assay time is 2h 30m.
