Human Adiponectin ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Adiponectin in cell culture supernatant, serum and plasma. The assay uses a monoclonal antibody specific for human Adiponectin immobilized onto microwells, followed by a biotin-linked monoclonal antibody and streptavidin-HRP for detection, producing a colorimetric signal proportional to the amount of Adiponectin bound.

Quantitative measurement is supported across a product range of 62.50 – 4000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of 0.44 pg/ml. Specificity has been demonstrated for both native and recombinant human Adiponectin, with no significant cross-reactivity reported. The average recovery from serum samples is 99%. Kit components should be stored at +4°C and not used past the expiration date.
