Human Adhesion Molecule With Ig Like Domain Protein 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human AMIGO1 (Adhesion Molecule With Ig Like Domain Protein 1) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Captured AMIGO1 is detected using a biotinylated anti-AMIGO1 antibody, followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a blue colour that turns yellow upon addition of the acidic stop solution. The absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the concentration is calculated against the standard curve.

Reported sensitivity is <0.064 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
