Human Adenylate Kinase 3 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human AK3 in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for AK3, and detection is carried out with a Biotinylated Anti-AK3 Antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, and the concentration of AK3 is calculated against a standard curve.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.146 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Recovery data (n=5) is provided for serum (average 91%, range 80%–102%), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81%–100%), and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80%–89%). Linearity at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 has been characterised across the same sample types. Total assay time is 4h 30m, detection is colorimetric, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
