Human Adenosylhomocysteinase ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human SAHH (Adenosylhomocysteinase) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The immunoassay uses a pre-coated microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format, a biotinylated anti-SAHH detection antibody, HRP-Avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Performance characteristics include a product range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.069 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4h 30m. Sample recovery has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with mean recoveries of 91% in serum (n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (n=5).

Reactivity is human. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
