Human Adenosine Kinase ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Adenosine Kinase (ADK) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique with an antibody specific for ADK pre-coated onto a microplate. After incubation with standards and samples, a Biotinylated Anti-ADK Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate are added sequentially, and the reaction is visualised using TMB substrate, producing a colour change read at 450 nm.

Sensitivity is reported as less than 0.62 ng/ml and the assay range is 1.56-100 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4h 30m. Recovery was assessed in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, with reported average values of 91% (serum), 90% (EDTA plasma), and 84% (heparin plasma). The kit is intended for human samples and is read on a colourmetric microplate reader. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
