Human Adenine Phosphoribosyltransferase ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Adenine Phosphoribosyltransferase (APRT) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with an APRT-specific capture antibody, a biotinylated anti-APRT detection antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is developed with TMB substrate and read as optical density at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The quoted assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.057 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Recovery has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 (n=5 per matrix). Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
