Human Adaptor Related Protein Complex 2 Mu 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich-format ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human AP2M1 (Adaptor Related Protein Complex 2 Mu 1) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-AP2M1 detection antibody, and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with signal developed by TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Manufacturer-reported performance specifications include a sensitivity of 0.057 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Average sample recovery (n=5) is given as 94% for serum (range 88%–100%), 95% for EDTA plasma (range 90%–101%), and 96% for heparin plasma (range 92%–101%).
