Human ADAM28 ELISA Kit

The colorimetric assay is designed to run in approximately 4 hours and uses a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

The kit is specific for ADAM28 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. The standard measuring range spans 15.625-1000 pg/mL, with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL. Serum and plasma samples may affect test results and should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing; validated dilutions include Healthy serum at 1:2 and Calu-3 cell lysate at 1:2.

In recovery testing, undiluted samples showed ranges of 85-103% (average 92%) for serum, 86-100% (average 94%) for EDTA plasma, and 85-105% (average 95%) for heparin plasma (n=10 each). Across further 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, recoveries were 87-103%, 85-103%, and 86-96% for serum; 88-100%, 82-100%, and 85-98% for EDTA plasma; and 87-96%, 89-93%, and 81-100% for heparin plasma. The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C and the pre-coated microplate and lyophilized standard additionally stable at -20°C.
