Human Acylglycerol Kinase ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, the Human AGK ELISA Kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Acylglycerol Kinase (AGK) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and uses a biotinylated anti-AGK detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Stated performance specifications include an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.081 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit must not be used past its expiration date. The detection method is colorimetric.

Sample recovery data are reported for serum (n=5, average 91%, range 80%-102%), EDTA plasma (n=5, average 90%, range 81%-100%) and heparin plasma (n=5, average 84%, range 80%-89%). Dilution linearity is provided at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions: serum (n=5) 87-91%, 87-107%, 74-101% and 92-97%; EDTA plasma (n=5) 90-105%, 84-101%, 90-101% and 79-108%; heparin plasma (n=5) 84-95%, 92-105%, 82-105% and 89-91%. The kit is suitable for use with tissue homogenates.
