Human Activity Dependent Neuroprotector Protein ELISA Kit

The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a 96-well microtiter plate pre-coated with an antibody specific for ADNP [S1]. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-ADNP Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate [S1]. Detection is achieved via TMB substrate solution, producing a yellow colour proportional to the amount of ADNP captured, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader [S1].
