Human Activating Transcription Factor 4 ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com supplies this sandwich ELISA kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Activating Transcription Factor 4 (ATF-4). The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for ATF-4, arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Captured antigen is detected with a biotinylated anti-ATF-4 antibody, followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the resulting colour change is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Validated for tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, the kit has a standard curve range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.057 ng/ml. The full protocol takes 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at sample dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.
