Human Activated Leukocyte Cell Adhesion Molecule ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CD166, also known as Activated Leukocyte Cell Adhesion Molecule (ALCAM), in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The assay employs a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-CD166 detection antibody and HRP-Avidin, visualised using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. The standard curve spans 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.069 ng/ml.
