Human Actin Related Protein 2/3 Complex Subunit 2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Actin Related Protein 2/3 Complex Subunit 2 (ARPC2) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-ARPC2 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is <0.068 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a total run time of 4h 30m. A 10 ng/ml lyophilised standard stock is serially diluted to give working standards of 5, 2.5, 1.25, 0.625, 0.313 and 0.156 ng/ml, with sample dilution buffer serving as the zero standard.

Supplied reagents include the pre-coated plate, two vials of lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers; kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as indicated. Spike-and-recovery testing (n=5) gave averages of 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma, and linearity was demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for all three sample types. The kit is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
