Human Actin Alpha 1, Skeletal Muscle ELISA Kit

Offered by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Actin Alpha 1, Skeletal Muscle in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to the target protein. Detection uses a biotinylated anti-target antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.118 ng/ml and a standard curve range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported values across control matrices include serum 80–102% (mean 91%), EDTA plasma 81–100% (mean 90%) and heparin plasma 80–89% (mean 84%); dilution linearity data is also reported across 1:2 to 1:16.
