Human Acrosin ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Acrosin in sperm samples. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a biotinylated anti-Acrosin antibody with HRP-avidin detection, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.
