Human Acetyl Coenzyme A Carboxylase Alpha ELISA Kit

The assay employs a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-target antibody, HRP-Avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.
