HSP90B (phospho Ser254) Cell Based ELISA Kit

This cell-based ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the indirect in vitro qualitative determination of HSP90 beta levels in adherent and suspension cells. The kit detects HSP90 beta phosphorylated at Ser254 in human, mouse and rat samples, with no reported cross-reactivity. The assay uses a colorimetric detection format on a tissue culture treated microplate, with capture by Anti-HSP90B (phospho Ser254) antibodies and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalysing a colour reaction upon substrate addition.

It has an assay range of > 5000 Cells and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. The kit is stored at + 4°C and is stable for 3-6 months. For data normalisation, the kit includes an Anti-GAPDH antibody as an internal positive control, a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method to determine cell density, and an Anti-HSP90B antibody that can be used to normalise absorbance values for the phosphorylated target against those of the non-phosphorylated target.
