Guinea Pig Regulated On Activation In Normal T-Cell Expressed And Secreted ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of guinea pig RANTES. The assay is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips). A biotinylated anti-RANTES detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate are used, with TMB substrate and absorbance read at 450 nm.

Quantitative performance is specified over a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.059 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Reported spike-and-recovery values (n=5) are 80%–102% (average 91%) for serum, 81%–101% (average 91%) for EDTA plasma, and 80%–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma. Dilution-linearity data are provided for 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions across the same sample types. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
