Guinea Pig Insulin Like Growth Factor 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of guinea pig Insulin Like Growth Factor 1 (IGF1) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with Biotinylated Anti-IGF1 Antibody and HRP-Avidin detection, producing a colourimetric read-out at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.125 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Recovery has been validated in serum (average 91%, range 80-102%, n=5), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81-100%, n=5) and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80-89%, n=5). Dilution linearity has also been evaluated across serum and plasma sample types at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions.

Kit components include a pre-coated 96 well microplate, lyophilised standard, Detection Solution A, Detection Solution B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers.
