Guinea Pig Eosinophil Chemotactic Factor ELISA Kit

This sandwich-format ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the quantitative determination of guinea pig Eosinophil Chemotactic Factor (also called Eotaxin) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The workflow uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-conjugated Avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Sensitivity is reported at 6.2 pg/ml and the detection range spans 15.6–1000 pg/ml. Validation data show average recoveries of 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma, with reported ranges of 80–102%, 81–100% and 80–89% respectively.

The kit is supplied with a pre-coated plate, lyophilised standard, detection reagents, wash and dilution buffers, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with components stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed. For research use only.
