Guinea pig cTn-I ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of guinea pig Cardiac Troponin I in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids.

The assay is run on a pre-coated microplate and read colorimetrically at 450 nm after a 4 hour protocol. HRP-Streptavidin detection with TMB substrate yields a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of the acidic stop solution, with absorbance proportional to bound analyte. The kit is specific for Cardiac Troponin I with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants, covers a standard range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL, and has a sensitivity below 9.375 pg/mL.

Components ship at +4°C, with selected items stored at –20°C as directed in the protocol manual; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
